Christmastime in the 86 CSH

This is actually my office. My little desk in inside the door to the left. You can see the edge of it. I am like the secretary. This is my good friend, Jim Cahill.
Holy Joe's Cafe--Coffee source for the CSH. This is on the way to my office. Chaplain is a good friend who I have breakfast with every day.
Pharmacy in Arabic...
Chapel. We have our services here. This is my favorite place of the whole week.
Chapel from inside the LSA looking out.
Santa with boxes of sockings to pass out.
Santa in the ICW.
Linus on the way down to the Pharmacy and Lab
Grinch down the Pharmacy hall.

The entire inside walls of the CSH are dry eraser board. SO, with each holiday and especially during the night shift, the artists are about filling the night shift slow time with creations. I took pictures of the collective creations for the Christmas Season...CSH= Combat Support Hospital, but is pronounced CASH. Santa Claus visited also to pass out stockings and goodies to all the CSH personnel. Very nice time of year fraught with many calories from well-wishers in the states!

So do you think the dry erase walls were planned or they just happened to be made out of material that make awesome dry erase boards??

I want a house with all dry erase walls. Thanks for posting the pictures.

So after eating all your sweet holiday treats...are you in need of some more healthy snacks from Germany? I am getting a package together for you, I am open to requests.

I love you tons dad!!!
