This is a before view of what has become our favorite room in the house. This door goes into the finished part of the house. This project started on 31 Oct 2006 and involved about 3X the quoted budget for the project, many more months than it was supposed to take and involved three groups of Polish workers, a Russian and many different German firms-electricians who come for a few hours every month or so, cement firms, floor heat, plasterers, chimney, electric company to move the wires over the emerging chimney, etc and etc. WHAT AN ADVENTURE!
